This area is for registered NON-Profit, 501c3 live scan level2 fingerprinting appointment payment. The fee is $100 for each screening. After payment, you will be directed to an area to schedule a date and time for the appointment. Level2 Background Screening Services LLC does not provide refunds for missed appointments, however; for those that miss appointments, the customer can reschedule and pay a reschedule fee.
