Each screening is $100 plus local sales tax. The entire application process, payment, and scheduling your appointment is handled online safely and efficiently. If you need fingerprinting with or without a digital photo submission and you have an ORI number, we can screen you. The ORI number is an indicator ID# where an applicants results will go.
Screening usually only takes a few minutes, depending on your age or the quality of your fingerprints. Sometimes as we get older – or those who have worked with their hands a lot – fingerprints wear away. We have a lotion that we use to help with poor quality fingerprints. Each print we run is scored between A-E. Fingerprints scoring an E on multiple fingers could cause your screening to be rejected by the FBI. If that’s the case, an applicant will be required to take the screening again at no cost. The FBI will manually approve fingerprints that are submitted a second time.
Our system submits to the FDLE within minutes. Most commonly, your results clear in 24-72 hours. Most screenings will be good for 5 years as long as the applicant remains actively working. If you change professions and need another Level 2, it’s because an agency has a different ORI#. We are required to charge additional fees for anyone who needs to submit a new screening. We are unable to provide refunds for our background screening service. The FDLE charges us immediately after the screening, which is not refundable, therefore we are unable to provide refunds as well, so make sure that you need a level2 livescan background screening prior to scheduling and paying for the services.
